For each affiliate link, create a specific php page to cloak it. For another affiliate link, then create another php page to cloak it. It shouldn't be any problem as I am doing it. eg. Affiliate link A - mysite.com/affiliatelinkA.php , affiliate linkB - mysite.com/affiliatelinkB.php When people click on different link will redirect to respective affiliate sites.
