I joined the ClickBank affiliate program!! Now how do these work?

Someone who has a good knowledge about how affiliate commission programs and how you profit from them? What modes of advertising do i use (I just signed up so i dont know yet)? How much commission can you make monthly? Thanks

Answer:

I have to disagree with the other answers. I think you can do very well. Me and my friends are affiliate marketers and we know it works. It comes down to you – not the market. My friend just emailed me today with his 5k check for 3 weeks work. And he’s lazy!

But you have to find the right resources to use. You have to know how to use your skills, time and money to make it work. The web wants content and that’s what you give it.

How much commission you make depends entirely on how much work you put in. I know guys that make 3k a month and are happy with it, well others say they’re going to break the 100k month…

Start by learning Google AdWords. That’s where I started. Focus on the long -term strategy. Don’t go in for a quick buck.. doesn’t work like that.

Have a read of this and hopefully it will lead you on your way:

Also, don’t focus only on clickbank. Look for other affiliate networks.

i did a 5 yrs study of this topic.
95% of members earn less than $5.00 an hour. There is a reason for that; energetic
and lazy people are trying to sell stuff
that is generic. There are only so many
people who want to buy batteries,
dresses, etc. MOST people will buy
    them from their local
    retailers.
IF YOU want to be self-employed,
    instead of joining an affiliate
    find what excites you and
where there is a large UNMET demand
    and sell that good/service.

ONE lady I know what an affiliate
    member and went bankrupt because
    of her time investment and
    almost no sales.

The originator of the affiliate program
    [Ford, ATT, T mobile,
Amazon and others, make a ton off of
    12,000,000 affiliate sellers who
earn 25 to 2500 a mo but who work
    5 to 150 hours a month selling
    others stuff.

I suggest you do not sell others
stuff; find a need in your area
    and fill it.

    available to help further.

Biz Teacher above is absolutely right!

So after you spent all your advertising dollar and 100 hours a week with no results to show for it, let either one of us know, providing you can be mentored without any hype and fluff.

Just substance available from both of us.
