What web design software is required that will support Clickbank code?

I have signed up to be a Clickbank associate and now all I need is a website. I have tried to build one through Intuit, but was told it doesnt support Clickbank code. Several other site building sites doesnt support it either. Tis a little frustrating now in finding something inexpensive that will support it. Anyone have suggestions?
