Which payment system can I use for my commercial website apart from Clickbank?

I hear clickbank is very safe and popular but it is too strict. A product may be banned, customers might get unfair refunds and much more. I wanted a payment system preferably one I can recruit affiliates that is not as strict? Can someone please tell me one, how is paydotcom.com
